Welcome to Wanderlust Chefs, where professionals and home cooks come together.  On this site, you can find recipes and commentary for home cooks. We are a collection of Chefs, Bakers, Winos, and Beverage Specialists from all over the world, here to help share our adventures. Now, most would think that what we do day to day is extraordinary, maybe even unobtainable. We are here to prove that wrong!

Being a professional in the field of Food and Beverage is about being creative and fearless without boundaries. Red wine doesn’t always go with red meat; sometimes it goes with hot dogs or ice cream!

There are so many home cooks that don’t feel creative in the Kitchen. Family dinners have taken a turn for boring, and homemade desserts are a thing of the past.

Wanderlust Chefs is a blog that will explore the secrets professionals use every day to perfect meals.

We will be traveling the world, and out local markets, to bring “out of the ordinary items” into the kitchens and transform them into recipes for home use,
as we eat our way through city after city, and find the shops stocked with unusual ingredients.

We will also be looking for requests and feedback on how you have used these recipes at home.
